We as clients were too conservative and needed as homeowners, with two businesses in motion, to have been better at meeting the scheduling initially outlined. Still, with one swoop Mark was able to reschedule all major providers for a few weeks to give us breathing room and keep our sanity intact sort of. Lastly, if you have been in your home for 25 years as we were, there are tremendous memories and emotions at work with the change.
